Building Valued Company Culture, with Scott Silver

Your company’s performance shouldn’t just rely on you alone, it should be hinged on the performance of every single person in your unit so that if you do decide to exit from being a part of daily operations, it will survive. One of the keys to creating a successful business is having core values run alongside a value-driven company culture. And according to Scott Silver, keeping these in check and having everyone personify what the company stands for is the foundation to a truly successful and efficient business model.

Scott Silver is the President of Printable Promotions, an ad agency that focuses on promotional items and helping brands take their products to markets. Scott started his company over 25 years ago and the company has won industry awards for its website, marketing, use of technology, and a five-time winner of the Best Places to Work award in its industry.

In this week’s episode of Culture Czars, Will Scott talks to Scott Silver about his company, the importance of having company core values, and why the personification of these values along with a structured work culture that promotes efficiency and effectiveness can go a long way in making a company successful.
